GRANNY'S TERIYAKI STEAK 
1 - 1 1/2 lb. flank steak
1 c. red wine
1/2 bottle soy sauce
1 clove garlic
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. ginger

Mix all ingredients together in measuring cup. Pour over uncooked flank steak. Marinate at least 3 hours (best marinated overnight). Broil flank 10 minutes one side and 7 on other side. Heat marinade and pour over the slices of cooked flank.
