GINGER PUFFS | |
1/2 c. sugar 1/2 c. cold water 5 tbsp. melted butter 1 tsp. ginger 1 tsp. cinnamon 2 1/2 c. flour 1/2 c. molasses 1 egg 1 tsp. baking soda Mix all ingredients together, beating well. Drop by tablespoons on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 325 degrees for 5-8 minutes. Chopped nuts or raisins may be added. |
