4 egg whites at room temperature 1 c. sugar 1/2 tsp. vinegar 1 tsp. cornstarch Cool Whip Beat egg whites until stiff, but not dry. Add sugar gradually, beating constantly, add about 2 tablespoons at a time, allowing to dissolve before adding more. Fold in vinegar and cornstarch. Turn onto greased aluminum foil. Shape in circle or in lots of small circles, bake at 250 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. After cooled, cover with Cool Whip and garnish with fruit. |
