CHEESE SOUP 
3 c. diced potatoes
1 c. water
1 c. carrot slices
1/2 c. celery pieces
1 chopped onion
1/4 c. parsley flakes
2 chicken bouillon cubes
Salt & pepper to taste
1 1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. milk
1 lb. Velveeta
Chopped ham, optional

Cook in slow cooker 1 hour on high. When vegetables are tender turn to low setting add 1 1/2 cups milk. Mix 2 tablespoons cornstarch with 2 tablespoons milk and add to the mixture. When thickened add 1 pound Velveeta cut in pieces. Add chopped ham, if desired. Stir often.
