SWISS HAM AND CHEESE 
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream
1 pkg. med. noodles, cooked and drained
2 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
2 c. cooked ham, cubed
1 can mushrooms

Melt butter and saute green peppers and onion in it. Cool. Stir in mushroom soup, sour cream, and mushrooms.

Butter a 2-quart casserole dish and put in the following layers: 1/3 of the noodles; 1/3 of the cheese; 1/3 of the ham; 1/3 of the mushroom sauce.
