PASTA SALAD 
1 (16 oz.) pkg. tortellini
1 c. frozen peas
Boiling water
1 sm. bunch broccoli
1 lg. carrot
1 med. clove garlic
3 tbsp. salad oil
3 tsp. crushed red pepper
Salt
1/2 c. milk, 1/2 c. mayonnaise and 2 tbsp. vinegar

Start 45 minutes before serving. Prepare tortellini as labeled; drain. In small bowl, pour boiling water over peas. Let stand for 5 minutes; then drain. Cut up broccoli and carrots. Heat oil, garlic and salt.

Cook vegetables until tender and crisp. Discard garlic. In a large bowl, beat milk, mayonnaise, vinegar and salt until smooth. Add everything else. Toss to cool and coat everything. Serve at room temperature or chilled.
