ITALIAN PASTA SALAD 
8 oz. pkg. tortellini (stuffed pasta)
8 oz. pkg. rotini
Sm. red onion, thinly sliced
Green or red bell pepper, thinly sliced
Pitted black olives
Red wine vinegar and oil salad dressing
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Cook pastas according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cool water. Combine all ingredients in large bowl and toss with 1/2 to 3/4 cup of dressing. Add salt, pepper, and garlic to taste. Chill thoroughly, best if made day before. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.
