HEART TO HEART BRAN FRUIT
MUFFINS
 
1 c. All-Bran cereal
1/3 c. chopped dates or raisins
1 1/4 c. skim milk
3 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 egg
1 c. whole wheat flour
1 tbsp. baking powder

Mix bran and fruit; add milk. Let mixture set a few minutes. Add vegetable oil and egg; beat together. Stir in flour and baking powder. Spoon into greased muffin pans (use vegetable spray or paper muffin cups). Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Makes 12 muffins.
