1/4 cup salad oil
1 cup water
3/4 cup ketchup
1/3 cup lemon juice
3 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. mustard
salt and pepper to taste

Mix together, pour over chops and refrigerate overnight.
