SHRIMP - CHICKEN SCAMPI 
2 tbsp. shallots
4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
4 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. olive oil
Black pepper to taste
Couple drops of lemon juice (not much)
1 lb. cooked shrimp or chicken

Put butter and oil in a frying pan on low heat. Add all ingredients and mix well. Serve over linguine or fettucini.
