TURKEY - CHEESE PUFFS 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp. butter, softened
2 tbsp. milk
2 c. chopped, cooked turkey or chicken
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 (8 oz.) can refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
Can cream of mushroom soup for gravy

Combine cream cheese and butter; beat on medium speed until smooth. Add milk and beat until real smooth. Stir in turkey and pepper.

Unroll dough, and separate into 4 rectangles; press perforations to seal. Spoon 1/2 cup turkey mixture in center of each dough rectangle. Moisten edges of rectangle with water; bring the 4 corners to the center over filling, pinching edges to seal. Place on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden. Yield: 4 servings.

Fix soup according to can. Pour over puffs when serving.
