RITA'S EASY NEAPOLITAN CAKE
This cake becomes a tall cake and has been a hit every time, and everyone usually wants another piece! Easy to make too!

BUY 3 DUNCAN HINES BOX CAKE MIX:

1 pkg. strawberry supreme
1 pkg. devils food chocolate
1 pkg. french vanilla

BUY 3 DUNCAN HINES OR BETTY CROCKER WHIPPED FROSTINGS:

whipped strawberry mist
whipped chocolate fudge
whipped vanilla frosting

SERVE WITH:

chocolate shavings
sliced fresh strawberries
Neapolitan ice cream (your favorite!)

Make each boxed cake according to directions, two 8 or 9-inch round layer cake pans each (saving one of each flavor for the cake and freezing the other 3 for another time). Cool according to directions.

On serving cake tower or dinner dish, add a splotch of icing on platter, to hold cake in place.

Lay vanilla cake on bottom, and ice this layer with chocolate fudge frosting, "not" all the way to the edge of cake, leaving 1/2-inch to edges.

Add devils food chocolate cake next using the strawberry mist, ice this layer, "not" all the way to the edge leaving 1/2-inch to edges.

Next add the final layer of strawberry supreme cake, then ice the rest of cake with the whipped vanilla frosting sides and top.

May add chocolate shavings and cut up strawberries to top, and serve with Neapolitan ice cream!
