OAT BRAN MUFFINS | |
1/2 c. oat bran flour 1 1/2 c. Quick oats 1 c. flour 1/4 c. sugar 1/3 c. wheat bran 2 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. salt 2 tsp. cinnamon 4 egg whites 16 oz. crushed pineapple with juice 2 c. crushed banana 1/2 c. vegetable oil 1/4 c. honey 1 tbsp. vanilla Mix dry ingredients. In a separate bowl mix wet ingredients using all the juice from the pineapple. Spray pan with PAM and mix wet and dry ingredients gently. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. 110 calories each. |
