SPINACH DIP 
1 pkg. dried vegetable soup mix
1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1 pt. sour cream
1 c. mayonnaise
1 loaf whole round bread (sourdough, Hawaiian, sheepherders, etc.)

Thaw and thoroughly drain chopped spinach. Mix together in a small mixing bowl, all ingredients except bread. Cover and chill at least 2 hours.

Just before serving "hollow out" bread loaf leaving about 1" bread shell to fill. Spoon in spinach dip. Place filled loaf on a tray. Tear remaining bread into dip size pieces and arrange on tray around loaf. To eat, dip bread in dip. Can also offer crackers, veggies, etc. to dip with.

Serve at your next party or pot luck and watch it disappear!
