SPINACH DIP 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1 pkg. Knorr Vegetable soup mix
1 lb. sour cream
1 c. mayonnaise
1 can (8 oz.) water chestnuts, chopped
3 chopped green onions

Thaw frozen chopped spinach and squeeze dry. Stir soup mix, sour cream and mayonnaise until blended. Stir in spinach, water chestnuts and chopped green onions. Cover; chill 2 hours. stir before serving.

Makes about 4 cups.
