1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1 c. sour cream
1 c. mayonnaise
1 pkg. Knorr's vegetable soup mix
1 can (chopped) water chestnuts
1 small onion, chopped

Spinach needs to be drained and press dry between paper towels. Combine all ingredients together in large bowl. Mix well. Chill before serving.
