HOT SPINACH DIP 
1/2 stick butter, melted
2 chopped onions
4 pkg. chopped, frozen spinach, cooked and drained
8 oz. jalapeno Monterey Jack cheese

Sauté chopped onions. Cut cheese into small pieces. Melt, then mix with cooked, drained spinach and onions. Serve in chafing dish with Fritos.
