HOT SPINACH DIP 
1 cup mayonnaise (or Miracle Whip)
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach, drained well
1 clove garlic, minced
1 cup shredded Cheddar or Swiss cheese
chopped tomato, for garnish
sliced green onions, for garnish

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Mix all together, except for tomato and onions. Spoon into a 9-inch pie plate or quiche dish.

Bake at 350°F for 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned. Sprinkle with tomato and onion.

Serve with your favorite crackers.
