SPANISH BISCUITS 
Brown 2 pounds of ground beef (ground chuck or round if you prefer) and 1/2 of green pepper, diced. Drain excess fat and put around meat and peppers into a large pot. Add 2 (16 oz.) cans of green beans, drained, 2 (15 oz.) cans tomato sauce, salt, pepper and chili powder to taste. Add just enough water to rinse out the tomato sauce cans. Simmer for 30 minutes.

Pour into a 9"x13" cake pan. If it seems dry, add a little water directly over the top of mixture. Cover with 20 refrigerator biscuits (2 cans). Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Uncover and brown biscuits 8 to 10 minutes. Delicious, even better warmed up.
