GOULASH 
1 pkg. elbow macaroni
1 jar Ragu or other spaghetti sauce
1 pound ground chuck
1 can mushroom slices
1 small onion, chopped
8 oz. mozzarella cheese, shredded

Brown ground chuck, mushrooms and chopped onion in a skillet until done. Drain and pour into a large bowl. Mix Ragu into ground meat mixture. In a large casserole dish, layer half of meat and Ragu mixture in bottom of dish. Add half the shredded cheese. Layer remainder of meat and Ragu mixture over cheese and top off with rest of cheese on top.

Bake in a 350°F oven for approximately 15 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
