SWISS GREEN BEANS 
3 cans French or regular green beans (or may use equivalent of frozen cooked beans, well drained)
2 tbsp. butter, melted
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1/4 c. milk
1 c. sour cream
1 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
1 tsp. onion, minced

TOPPING:

1 c. Special K cereal
1 tbsp. butter, melted
1/4 tsp. paprika

Combine cereal, butter and paprika, and set aside. Stir together remaining butter, flour, salt, pepper and onion in saucepan. Place over low heat. Add sour cream and milk slowly. Stir until smooth. Increase heat and cook until mixture boils and thickens, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in green beans and cheese. Sprinkle cereal mixture evenly on top. Bake at 350 degrees about 25 minutes or until bubbly.
