PUMPKIN BREAD 
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. each: cloves, cinnamon and nutmeg
1 2/3 c. flour
1/2 c. salad oil
1/2 c. cold water
1 c. pumpkin
2 eggs
nuts (if desired, about 1/2 c.)

Combine all ingredients in bowl and mix.

Bake 1 1/2 hours at 325°F.

Makes 1 large loaf or 2 medium loaves.
