PUMPKIN BREAD (No Eggs) | |
3 1/2 c. flour 2 tsp. baking soda 1 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. cinnamon 3 c. sugar 3/4 c. raisins 1 c. cooking oil 2/3 c. water 2 c. pumpkin 3/4 c. chopped nuts Sift dry ingredients together. Blend all other ingredients, add, and mix well until smooth. Divide into 3 loaf pans (regular size) or 6 small greased and floured. Bake at 350 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. |
