CINNAMON SNAILS 
4 slices bread (soft texture)
1/2 c. cream cheese (soft style)
3 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. butter, melted

Cut crusts off bread. Spread cream cheese on each slice. Roll up and cut into thirds. Dip rolls in melted butter and then roll in sugar and cinnamon mixture. Place on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes. Serve hot or keep in airtight container in refrigerator.
