CINNAMON SNAILS 
4 slices bread
1/2 c. soft cream cheese
3 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. butter, melted

Trim crusts from bread slices. Spread 1 tablespoon of cream cheese on one side of each slice of bread; roll up with cheese on the inside. Cut each roll into thirds.

Mix the sugar and cinnamon. Dip the rolls in the butter (don't dip the ends in) and then roll in cinnamon and sugar mixture. Place seams sides down on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 350 for 12 minutes until light brown and crisp. Serve warm or cold. Yields 12.
