COCONUT CAKE 
1 yellow cake mix
1 (3 oz.) pkg. vanilla pudding
1 egg
1 c. coconut
1/2 c. nuts
3/4 to 1 c. water

Mix all ingredients except water in large mixing bowl. Add water in small amounts, mixing between each addition of water. Bake in tube pan at 350 degrees for one hour or until toothpick comes out clean.

FROSTING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
1 box confectioners sugar
Milk
1 c. coconut

Mix all ingredients but coconut. Add milk to desired consistency. Spread on cake and sprinkle with coconut.
