COCONUT PINEAPPLE CAKE 
1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
1 lg. can pineapple with juice
1 c. coconut
4 lg. eggs

ICING:

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 stick butter
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. coconut
1 box powdered sugar

Mix cake ingredients together. Bake on cookie sheet for 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees.

Mix icing ingredients together and ice the cake while it is warm.
