ORANGE-COCONUT CAKE | |
1 box Orange Supreme cake mix 1 sm. pkg. orange Jello 1 c. water 1/3 c. oil 2 eggs 1 tsp. orange flavoring Combine ingredients and beat for three minutes. Pour batter into four prepared pans and bake according to package directions. FILLING: 16 oz. sour cream 1/4 c. frozen orange juice 1 (12 oz.) pkg. frozen coconut 2 c. sugar 1 tsp. orange flavoring Combine ingredients. Reserve 1 cup for frosting. FROSTING: Fold 8 ounce Cool Whip into the reserved filling. Spread on top and sides of cake. Refrigerate cake for 24 hours. |
