FREEZER PICKLES 
2 qts. unpeeled cucumbers, sliced thin
1 lg. onion, sliced thin
2 tbsp. salt
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. vinegar

Mix first 3 ingredients and let stand 2 hours; drain. Add sugar and vinegar; stir well to dissolve. Put in refrigerator or freezer. Approximately 8 (6- inch) cukes or 4 (10-inch) cukes makes 2 quarts.
