MEXICAN SAUSAGE DIP 
1 lb. bulk sausage
11 oz. cream cheese
1 can (10 oz.) Ro-Tel tomatoes and green chilies

Fry sausage until brown. Pour off grease. Add cream cheese and Ro-Tel tomatoes. Heat thoroughly. Serve with chips.

This is ALWAYS a people pleaser!! The only thing I do differently is ADD cilantro. It makes a big difference, too!

Try stuffing this in jalapenos and wrap in bacon. Then bake until bacon is crispy. YUM!
