1 box manicotti shells
1 jar sliced mushrooms
Mozzarella cheese
2 lbs. hamburger
1 lg. jar spaghetti sauce
Cheddar cheese

Boil shells as if preparing spaghetti. While boiling brown hamburger and mushrooms. Season with salt, pepper and garlic salt. Drain. Heat sauce. Everything will get done about the same time. Split shells one at a time and stuff with hamburger. Place in 13-inch cake pan, pour sauce over all, cover with cheeses. Place in 400 degree oven until cheese melts.
