LAYERED BERRY CUPS 
4 oz. pkg. Jello gelatin (raspberry or strawberry)
4 oz. pkg. Jello vanilla pudding (instant)
3/4 c. boiling water
1 c. cold water
1 1/2 c. cold milk
1 c. sliced strawberries
1 c. thawed Cool Whip

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add cold water; chill until slightly thickened. Stir in berries. Spoon gelatin mixture in cups. Meanwhile pour milk into bowl. Add pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk until well blended, about 1 minute. Let stand 5 minutes. Fold in Cool Whip. Spoon over gelatin mixture. Chill. Serves 6.
