SWISS STEAK 
2 lb. round steak (1/2" thick)
3 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 tbsp. oil
1 (15 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
1 c. water

Cut steak into serving portions. Mix flour, salt and pepper; pound steak in flour mixture. Brown in oil. Drain excess fat off. Stir in tomatoes and water; simmer for 1 1/2 hours. Serve with rice or noodles.
