SWISS STEAK 
2 lb. round steak
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
2 carrots, sliced thinly
2 celery stalks, sliced thinly
4 env. Weight Watchers beef bouillon
5 tbsp. tapioca
2 c. tomato juice

Put serving size pieces of round steak into a baking pan. Cover with vegetables. Mix bouillon, tapioca, stewed tomatoes and tomato juice. Pour over meat and vegetables. Bake 3 hours at 325 degrees. Stir halfway through. Thicken gravy with cornstarch before serving if tapioca hasn't thickened it enough.
