SWISS STEAK 
6 pieces cube steak
Flour to coat
1 green pepper
1 lg. onion
Oil to brown
Salt and pepper to taste
2 stalks celery
1 lg. can tomatoes

Coat steak with flour. Brown quickly in hot oil skillet. Remove to 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Add chopped vegetables to oil and saute about 5 minutes. Sprinkle vegetables over steak. Salt and pepper to taste. Cover all with tomatoes. Cover and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
