SWISS STEAK 
1 1/2 lb. steak
3 onions, cut in fourths
1 pt. tomatoes
6 potatoes, cut in halves
4-5 carrots, scraped and halved

Heat some oil in large skillet. Roll steak in flour. Place in skillet and brown on both sides. Next place all vegetables on top of meat. Put a small amount of water in and simmer. When vegetables begin to get tender, pour tomatoes on top and simmer until done. Season to taste.
