SHRIMPS IN BEER 
1 qt. beer
1 heaping tsp. salt
2 heaping tsp. onion salt
2 heaping tsp. garlic salt
2 heaping tsp. celery salt
2 heaping tsp. mustard seed
2 heaping tsp. dry mustard
2 tsp. pepperberries
Dash of Tabasco sauce
Shrimp in shells

Cook seasonings in beer for 20 minutes. Add fresh shrimp in shells. Cook 15 minutes. Drain and serve hot with sauce.

SAUCE:

3 oz. cream cheese
Horseradish to taste
Minced onion to taste
Onion juice to taste
Pinch of salt

Mix all ingredients until consistency of heavy cream. Add cream or milk if necessary.
