TURKEY STROGANOFF 
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
2 tbsp. onion, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. paprika
2 c. cooked turkey, cut up
2 c. cooked noodles

Cook the green pepper, onion and celery in butter until tender, about 10 minutes. Blend soup, sour cream, milk and paprika. Add to the cooked mixture. Add turkey and noodles to mixture. Pour into large casserole sprayed with Pam. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
