DILL BREAD 
1 pkg. dry yeast
1/4 c. warm water
1 c. creamed cottage cheese (small curd) at room temperature
2 tbsp. sugar
3 tsp. dill seed
2 tbsp. minced onion
1 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 unbeaten egg
2 1/4 to 2 1/2 c. flour

To cottage cheese add sugar, onions, butter, dill seed, salt and soda. Combine this mixture in mixing bowl and add egg. Add flour to make a stiff dough beating well after each addition.

Knead dough, adding flour as necessary. Place in greased pan, let rise until doubled. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes. Brush with butter and sprinkle lightly with salt.
