DILL BREAD 
1 c. creamed cottage cheese
1 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. dill seed
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 pkg. dry yeast
1/4 c. warm water
1 egg
2 1/4 to 2 1/2 c. flour
1 tbsp. minced onion

Warm the cottage cheese; add butter, sugar, dill seed, salt and egg. Beat after each addition. Dissolve yeast in warm water and add alternately with flour. Knead on floured board. Allow to rise. Knead again.

Place in greased pans (1 regular size and 1 very small). Let rise for 30 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees about 30-40 minutes. Brush with butter and sprinkle with salt.
