DILL CASSEROLE BREAD 
1 yeast cake
1/4 c. warm water
1 c. cottage cheese
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. minced onion
1 tbsp. butter
2 tsp. dill seed
2 1/2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 egg

Dissolve yeast in warm water. Combine cottage cheese, sugar, onion, butter and dill seed. Warm in double boiler until butter melts. Sift flour with soda and salt. Beat egg and stir into cottage cheese. Add yeast and stir well. Add flour and stir well. Let rise 50 minutes. Stir down. Form into roll and place in greased casserole. Let rise 30 to 40 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes.
