DILLY CASSEROLE BREAD 
1 pkg. dry yeast
1/4 c. warm water
1 c. cottage cheese, lukewarm
1 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking powder
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. dill seed
1 tbsp. instant dry minced onion
1 egg
2 1/4 to 2 1/2 c. flour

Soften dry yeast in water and let stand for 10 minutes.

In large bowl, combine cottage cheese, butter, sugar, salt, baking powder, dill seed and minced onion. Add egg and softened yeast. Beat and blend thoroughly. Gradually add flour beating well after each addition.

Cover bowl, let bread rise in warm place until double in size, about 1 hour. Stir dough down. Turn into well greased 1 1/2 or 2 quart casserole dish. Let rise until light, about 30 to 40 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Brush top with butter and sprinkle with salt. Can also bake at 300 degrees for 50 minutes instead.
