DILL BREAD 
1 pkg. yeast
2 tbsp. sugar
1/4 c. warm water
1 c. warm cottage cheese (heat to lukewarm)
2 tbsp. minced onions
1 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. dill seed
1 unbeaten egg
2 1/4 to 2 1/2 c. flour

Soften yeast in water. Combine in mixing bowl the cottage cheese, sugar, onion, butter, dill seed, soda, salt, egg and yeast. Add flour to make a soft dough. Cover and let rise in warm place 1 hour.

Stir down the dough, turn into a greased 8-inch round (1 1/2 to 2 quart) casserole. Let rise 30 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 or 50 minutes. Take out, brush with butter. Sprinkle with salt.
