TWO CORN BREAD 
1 can creamed corn
1 can kernel corn, drained
1 stick butter, melted
1 onion, diced
1 green pepper, diced (optional)
1 box Jiffy corn bread mix
3 eggs
1 bag shredded cheese

Mix all together in a baking dish. Top with cheese. Cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
