CURRY VEGEESE SOUP | |
2 cups water 2 large potatoes, diced 2-3 carrots, diced 1 large onion, diced 1 stalk broccoli, diced 3-4 stalks celery, chopped 1-2 tsp chicken bouillion 1 tsp curry Boil until tender. Add: 1 cup frozen corn 1 cup frozen green beans, chopped Reheat till tenderized. Add: 1 8 oz. pkg cream cheese, chopped DO NOT BOIL! Stir till melted.
