HAM AND CHEESE CRUNCH SANDWICH 
8 slices white bread
Soft butter
Prepared mustard
4 slices Ham, Boiled
4 slices American cheese
1 tomato, sliced thin
2 eggs beaten
2 tbsp. milk
Onion salt (Dash)
1 1/2 c. potato chips, crushed

Spread each slice bread on one side with butter, then mustard. Top 4 slices bread with ham, cheese and tomato slices. Top that with remaining bread. Combine eggs, milk, and onion salt. Sip sandwiches in egg mixture then in crushed potato chips, patting. Turn to coat both sides. Brown on both sides in buttered skillet until crisp, 8 to 10 minutes. Serves 4.
