WATERGATE CAKE 
1 white cake mix
1 (3 1/2 oz.) box pistachio pudding mix
3 eggs
1 c. 7-Up
3/4 c. oil
1/2 c. shredded coconut

Mix all dry ingredients. Add shredded coconut and stir. Beat eggs, oil, and 7-Up. Combine both groups. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until done.

COVER-UP ICING:

1 (3 1/2 oz.) box pistachio pudding and pie filling
1 1/2 c. milk
2 env. Dream Whip
1/2 c. coconut
3/4 c. nuts, chopped

Combine pudding mix, milk, Dream Whip. Add coconut and nuts. Beat until fluffy. "Cover up" cake when cool.
