HIGH PROTEIN SNACK BARS | |
1/2 c. butter 1 c. peanut butter 1 1/2 c. or 12 oz. carob chips 1 c. wheat germ 1 c. shredded coconut 1 c. chopped nuts 1/2 c. sesame seeds 1/2 c. sunflower seeds May substitute granola for these ingredients. Melt butter, peanut butter and chips. Mix all and press into 9x13 inch pan. Chill until firm. (Note: Although these are sugar free they are not low calorie - high fat content.) |
