CONGO SQUARES 
3 eggs, well beaten
2 3/4 c. flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2/3 c. Crisco, melted
1 lb. packed brown sugar
1 12 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
1 tsp. vanilla

First, beat eggs well; add brown sugar, melted Crisco, vanilla and dry ingredients a little at a time. Mix well. Add chocolate chips.

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes in 13 X 9 X 2 pan.
