TURKEY CANTON CASSEROLE 
1 lb. turkey, diced & cooked
1/2 c. butter
1 c. milk
4 c. celery, sliced
1 (5 oz.) can chow mein noodles
1/2 c. green onions, chopped
1 (8 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
1 c. cashews
1 sm. can mushroom slices
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Saute celery and onions in butter until crisp-tender. Combine turkey, celery, onions, peas, cashews and mushrooms in baking dish. Stir together soup and milk, stir into other ingredients. Bake 45 to 60 minutes, until hot and bubbly. Serve over chow mein noodles.
